Our Story
The DFW First Responders Support Network was officially founded on November 10, 2022, thanks to the collaborative efforts of Carrie Breedlove MS, LPC, Jason Allen LPC, and a dedicated group of clinicians. Recognizing the impact of traumatic situations on the community, Carrie reached out to John Burgdorf with the DFW Scanner to form a supportive alliance.
In 2023, they welcomed Amanda Noyes LCSW-S and Tempa Sherrill LPC-S to enhance their team, followed by Les Motheral and Casey Ellsworth in 2024.
The network meets bi-monthly across the metroplex, fostering connections between first responders and clinicians while sharing valuable resources and information.
