三Octo-Motion Challenge!

It's our first ever October 三Octo-Motion Challenge!


This is for anyone who has fallen out of a routine and would like some accountability to get back in motion.


Here's how it works:


1. Pick at least one activity you need to get back in motion.

Ex: Walking, decluttering, drinking water,

reading, journaling, prayer, etc.


2. Make it measureable. Set a minimum amount of time, or quantity for the activity you choose.

Ex: I want to walk at least ten minutes or more each time I walk.


3. Commit to completing your activity eight times each week of October.

Ex: Walk 10+ minutes seven days a week,

plus one extra time one day during

the week to equal 8x. Or walk twice a

day four days a week for at least 10

minutes each time.


4. Share this blog and invite someone to join us! Accountability is your ace in the hole!


PS. You can jump in at any point during the month. If you fall off, it's okay to jump back in. Who's in?!
